- 16:30 – End session
- 17:00 – “1on1” session with UK MICE Agents, 1o slots of 15 minutes
- 19:30 – End Session
- 20:15 – Joined Welcome Drinks followed by Dinner
- 22:00 – End of the evening
- Overnight
- Breakfast at leisure and depart
